Assist with emergency procedures and crowd safety, including evacuations if required.

Contribute to recruiting, onboarding, and training new FOH staff and volunteers.

Support the development of rosters and timesheet management during peak activity.

Help prepare operational documents, including rosters, signage plans, briefing notes, and event handbooks.

Complete incident reports and contribute to post-show and post-festival evaluations.
